Returns
You have 28 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 Business days.
if the return is not approved (e.g, Used or Damaged), we will notify you and return the item if requested (shipping may apply).
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g, wrong or defective item).
